Joanna is a psychologist with expertise in psychometrics and test methodology. In addition to her educational background, Joanna constantly broadens her knowledge of personality and potential assessment. She participated in numerous trainings and workshops concerning potential assessments and leadership development both in Poland and abroad.
Joanna acts as an expert and trainer supporting organizations in the areas of potential development and practical use of diagnostic tools in competency assessment projects and human resources management processes. For more than four years she has been delivering consulting projects, development workshops, and accreditation trainings. Her goal is to develop psychometric approach that satisfies the clients’ needs on the Polish market. As a consultant, Joanna provided her services to leading companies in Poland such as: Diageo, Allianz, CitiBank KPMG, GSK, TEVA, Generali, Orange, Abris Capital, DHV, InPost, CI Games, AXA, RWE.
Her previous professional experience is mainly associated with the executive search industry where she has completed numerous projects for top managerial positions. Moreover, she was also responsible for several management audits projects. Her extensive knowledge, expertise and ability to refer to the business context enable her to build effective relationships with workshops attendees. What is more, being the expert, she offers advice to many organisations in a proper and ethical use of diagnostics.
