Magda has graduated in Psychology of Work and Stress at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Also, she has completed Postgraduate Studies in Human Resource Management in Organization at the Warsaw School of Economics and other trainings in the field of human resources policy, both in Poland and abroad. She is also a graduate of the numerous training courses in coaching, including a program for coaches accredited by the ICF CoachWise™ methodology.

Magda has a long experience in the implementation of European and American psychometric tools on the Polish market, thereby supporting organizations in the diagnosis of potential and team development. She has a strong track record including thousands of hours of business meetings with clients, development feedback sessions, and hundreds of trainings and workshops. She was a consultant in several leading certifying psychometric solutions, including nearly eight years of being responsible for the Polish implementation and execution of marketing and sales strategies, as well as providing clients with substantive knowledge in the field of one of the world’s most recognized methodology.

At Performance Quality, drawing also from her earlier experience in sales, management and recruitment, she is responsible for business development and supporting clients in optimizing HR processes and improve theirs business effectiveness. As part of her extensive business experience she had the pleasure to provide services for companies such as: Agora, Amway, DnB Nord Bank, BOŚ, Carlsberg, Cap Gemini, Danfoss, Danone, DPD, Elektrobudowa, Hochtief, House of Skills, IKEA, Infor, ING, Johnson & Johnson, KP, Lafarge, LPP, Lyreco, Media Saturn, Nordea Bank, Pfizer, Qubus Hotel, RWE, Sage, Selena, Skanska, Teva, TV Puls, UDT, UEFA Euro 2012, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Wardynski.

In 2001 Magda became a member of the Polish Psychological Association, in which she conducted scientific activities in the field of Sport Psychology, and in 2004 – a member of the Polish Association of Human Resources Management. For many years, she actively takes part in the events dedicated to human resources management, both as a participant and speaker or lecturer. Privately – singing and traveling, proud mother of Antonina and Marianna.
